Description Mattias Eriksson 2003-06-23 07:35:20 UTC
I have alot of imap boxes. Incomming mail gets sorted on the server and is
put in the correct mailbox. This means that I use no INBOX but alot of
other boxes.
I have also defined a spamfilter, this filter is not auto activated by for
incomming mail. I always have to do it manually, wich is less then optimal.
I have checked the apply filters to new mail in INBOX for this server, but
since I doesn't have any INBOX it is quite useless.

Please make it possible to define the apply filter option per imap-folder
or just make it possible to filter all new incomming mail.
A test case here is to make it work when mail is moved to a spamfolder on
the imapserver, there is a risk it gets filtered and moved to the spamfoler
on the imapserver and get filtered and moved to the spamfolder... ok you
get the picture ;-)

This is a very similar request to bug 227536 (Would like to be able to
attach filters to specific folders).

*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 227536 ***

There is an option to apply filters in all folders, since 3.something. I do not think this bug is a real duplicate of bug #227536.
