Select to Print. Ok to Print and then failure.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Select to print the e=mail
2. Ok printer
3. 

Actual Results: Error in printing


Expected Results: Print the e-mail


How often does this happen? today, been haapening every time I tried

Rebooted the system, Still had the problem.
