When I reschedule a half-hour appointment in my calendar to a new day, the
time is expanded to 1 hour.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Make a new appointment for a half-hour
2. Open the appointment
3. Change the date by changing the "Start Time"
4. Save and close
5. Switch to that day in the month view
6. You should see the appointment now takes 1 hour

Actual Results:
A 1 hour long appointment

Expected Results:
A half hour long appointment

Always

still valid in evolution1.5-1.5.93.0.200408270914-0.snap.ximian.8.1.
should add that one has to set the start time *after* the former
ending time in order to reproduce this.
