Need a way (like in mozilla) to know about, see, and edit the names in a
reply to a message.  Yes, you can select all the cc'd names and scroll
out until you find or dont find who you may or may not be looking for,
but it's hard to do this.

Reopening, since this is *not* a duplicate.

bug#223006 is about very poor system response (which seems to be
fixed). This bug talks about a way to easily manage the receipients in
the To: and Cc: fields, like some sort of a dropdown or list instead
of a simple text input field.

Setting Version=1.5.9, TargetMilestone=Future.
