Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.  Select contacts
2.  file->print
3.  print to file

Actual Results:
Only prints first page

Expected Results:
Should print all (5) pages

How often does this happen? 
Every time

Additional Information:
Have tried all combinations of settings, the ps file only contains first page
Print preview displays all pages, though.
