Description:
on a newly restarted evolution, where there is no previously selected
message, if one selects a folder that has a new message in it (with the
mouse) and then presses "]" to go to the new message, the message list
does not scoll to the newly selected message.  it would be nice if it
did.  it might be also nice if the keyboard control moved to the message
list rather than stayed in the folder list, see below.

on a slightly related note, if i then press "tab" in order to move the
keyboard control from the folders list to the message list then there is
strange behaviour.  i have to press it a few times, and sometimes it
jumps straight into to the message, sometimes to the search pulldown. 
after going to a new message with "]" (where the new message is not
visible in the messages list since it's at the bottom of the list), and
then pressing tab a few times to move control to the message list,
sometimes the message being viewed changes to the first message in the
message list (this is definitely a bug).
