menu.

Possibly under the File Folder cascade menu?

I have committed some changes which will now show the 'Permissions' menu-item in
'File' menu for all the components. Now it is working only for mailer component.
Anyway, folder permissions can be accessed by right click on a folder for all
the components.

I will fix it completely as soon as possible :)
