GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 228049
Print several / multiple messages at once
Last modified: 2021-05-19 11:32:00 UTC
Currently you can only print single messages. It would be nice to be able to select multiple messages and then print all of them (eg, print an entire thread, or all the messages resulting from a search).

changing target milestone from 2.5 to future. sorry, too many bugs, too less time.
We might get this feature for free if Ben Kahn's proposal to add GMail-style conversation threads to Evolution ever gets implemented [1]. As it stands now this isn't a high enough priority without a patch from a contributor who really wants this. Personally, I don't care for the idea of allowing batch printing of multiple messages. I can see it being too easy to accidentally kill a bunch of trees. [1] http://xkahn.zoned.net/software/evolution/threads/

Hi there! Is currently implemented this one feature? In Evolution 2.30.3 is not. (10 years later , to much ecologists there :-P ) Thanks!
GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org. As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately quite limited so not every ticket can get handled). If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent and supported software version, then please follow https://wiki.gnome.org/Community/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines and create a new enhancement request ticket at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/-/issues/ Thank you for your understanding and your help.
