Column to show if body is downloaded
Last modified: 2012-11-01 13:01:17 UTC
Package: Evolution Priority: Wishlist Version: 1.1.0.99 Synopsis: Column to show if body is downloaded Bugzilla-Product: Evolution Bugzilla-Component: Mailer Description: Description of Problem: When using an IMAP account, Evolution should have a column to show whether or not the body is downloaded. When the body is downloaded, the icon will change to reflect this. Setting qa contact to the default for this product. This bug either had no qa contact or an invalid one.
this is gonna depend on the IMAP rewrite bug, forget the number
disagree jeff. but it may as well. what if only part of the body is downloaded? what do you do then? maybe this should depend on the bug about having icons for various message types.
Apologies for any spam... cc'ing usability-maint on all Evolution usability bugs. Filter on EVO-USABILITY-SPAM to ignore.
I'm afraid this is obsolete now. Even the original IMAP provider does download parts on demand, the IMAP+ (imapx) provider downloads always whole message, thus the icon would just mean "did I open the message already or not". I'm WontFix-ing this, because of not much demand for this.
