I use cyrus imap server and can't view folders, above my INBOX. this is a
tree of my imap configuration:

users/<user name>/inbox/<Private user folders>.
Shared folders.
I can view only messages from 'inbox' and my 'private user folders' under
'inbox' (but can't view my folder named 'Trash' - this is another bug). And
I can't view 'Shared folders' in Evolution. And I use Mozilla to working
with 'Shared folders' now. Mailers from Microsoft work with this 'Shared
folders' too.

we don't support shared folders at all, so this is not a bug.

we will be supporting them in some future release, anyways - there is
already a bug for that so instead of spending the next hour searching
for it to mark this as a duplicate, I'm gonna mark it as invalid and
then get back to hacking.
