I compose a lot of mails in english, and a lot in swedish (my native lang).
I think this is pretty common for non-english people.

I would love to specify a list of languages for spellchecking, and then
have a way to quickly toggle between them. A UI like the "GKB keyboard
switcher" applet, with a flag that toggles on click would be nice. Or it
could be a submenu in format.
