Editing a contact has "Save and Close."  
Editing an appointment has "Save and Close."

Editing a list of contacts has "Save" and "Close" but not "Save and Close."

This seems like a more immediate fix.  I'm going to mark this back up
to 1.0.x since it's pretty easy and is quite clearly a much more
consistent interface.

1.0.x is purely for bug fixes right now; no UI work in 1.0.x.
