Having this option would be great, to save all attachments for selected
mails WITHOUT
prompting in last directory used for saving.

I transfer large files (splitted) through mail and now I have to go on
every email and 
save attachment for each.
This would be great for other emails with lots of small attachments
(pictures...)

Lot of dups for this bug already. I'd like to help to fix this bug.
But I am new to evolution, can anyone tell me the where the related
source code resides? I had finished building 1.1.2.

Gerardo:Yes, I sent the patch 2.0 to the evolution-patches list in the
mid of Dec last year. It is based on 1.2.x and Jeff had reviewed it. 
Since Evolution is feature frosen now, I don't know if it can be
checked in. 
I will be glad if someone can check in the patches now. But be sure to
check in patch 2.1 instead of 2.0.

Thanks for the patch Harry. 
With Evolution 2.0.1, could you please point to where it appears in
UI? I tried right-click on email subjects in Inbox (with one or more
mails selected), Actions menu and click on an attachment button (which
gives Save As... and Open In ...).

When this will be adapted, please make it work when selecting the mail
in inbox and right-click on subject, not on attachment button.

This will also work when selecting multiple mails with attachments, so
it has a larger functionality.
