It would be good if the Send & Receive -dialog window title showed
something like "(12 of 94) Sending & Receiving" - it would show nicely on
tasklist even though the window itself was covered by other stuff.

Except you can be sending and receiving multiple sources, so this
would be hard to do (as each status is only a string).
