People can just remove the attachments by double-clicking on the 
forwarded message attachment to open it in a new composer window

OK, forwarding an editted message as an attachment is odd. We should do
this then.

Marking as Future because this is a feature. Granted, it's a small
feature, but still....

Isn't this fixed by forward/forward inline?
