Description Ewan Dunbar 2005-04-09 16:54:19 UTC
the very best thing about kde is the ability to hit alt-f2 and type
 gg:search terms
and have it bring up a new konqueror window. I really feel like the internet is
just an extension of my desktop.

in gnome, if I want to do this I have to start a new epiphany window, focus the
search bar, type a query, and use the arrow keys to pick a search engine. a more
efficient way to use smart bookmarks would be a godsend.

The address bar dropdown could perhaps have accelerator keys / numbers for each
smart bookmark, so that arrow keys aren't needed?
