Steps to Reproduce

Add few files to the library.
Unselect shuffle and Repeat modes if they are selected
Select the first track. and Select Control->play

Actual Behaviour:
Control-> preivous track item is enabled eventhough
there is no previous track

Expected Behaviour:
Control-> previous track item should be disabled

Alas you have been confused by the interface. That menu item isn't actually
previous track but instead is a copy of the buttons you see on real world CD
players. It actually means "If I am not within the first five seconds of a track
then jump to the start of a track. If I am within the first five seconds of a
track then jump to the previous track".

Now what should happen in the scenario you suggest (first five seconds of the
first track in a non shuffled playlist) is an open point (should it be disabled
for those first five seconds even though it can be used to go to the start of a
track?). Personally I think this context sensitive behaviour is problematic...
