Both the Window Selector and the Window List applets have the same description:
"Switch between open windows". They should probably have different names.
Suggestion:

Window List: Switch between open windows using a "task bar"
Window Selector: Switch between open windows using a pop-up menu

Maybe those descriptions are too wordy, but they certainly shouldn't be identical.

Already reported... The bug was never resolved because nobody proposed good
descriptions. I'll add your suggestion to the older bug.
