Distribution/Version: XP Pro SP2

Install the latest gtk package using windows installer to default location
install gimp-2.2.3 using windows installer to default location
install gimp help (vers. 0.7) using windows installer
install firefox 1.0 to default location. Make firefox the default browser
Start gimp
Select help help (or press F1)
The cursor will become a hourglass and turn back to normal. No help is started,
neither with the external browser nor the internal help browser (error: is this
component installed?
