plz added public method to add a background to ~/.gnome2/backgrounds.xml

this would be usefull for following bug: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=140768 with this eog could copy a background as .eog-wallpaper in the home directory and put a nice name in backgrounds.xml so the use won't see .eog-wallpaper in the gnome-wp-capplet. It should see EOG Wallpaper or something like that. Because the user must think of it as a wallpaper and not a file on the system. I think a lot of viewers could make use of this function them.
ok what about this: eog saves a file as .eog-background and creates a file .eog-background.desc.xml in the xml file background can read what name it has to show in the gui. EOG in this case. hidden is better since we have more then one app that can save wallpapers and we want to keep our home folder clean looking as possible.
EOG already copies the file in a hidden location if it's remote or on a removable drive, and GNOME 3 will show "Current background" for the currently loaded background anyway.
