Hi,

It seems Galeon lacks some checks when saving a file to a place where you don't
have write permissions: the download will happen in /tmp, but when the write
fails, nothing is displayed.

Firefox, Epiphany and Mozilla are all checking correctly or displaying an error,
so this should be possible with current Mozilla.

I'm raising the severity because this can cause data loss.
