1.Double click on jpg file
2.The Gimp opens and a progress bar go to 100% and stops there
3.The image is no loaded and is necessary to click in Cancel

Obs.: The image size is 352x288 (taken from Siemens MC60 Cellular phone)

What version of libexif are you using? This is most likely a duplicate of bug
#151071.

This is so similar to bug #165362 that it is surely the same problem.  As I
understand it, it should be fixed in the next release of the Windows installer.
