i updated yestarday (29-01-2005) to GStreamer CVS, i'm using jamboree and with
gstreamer CVS jamboree is not capable of getting the duration of mp3s, it just
gets the length of a couple out of 840. Before updating all the lengths where
shown correctly.

As jamboree maintains a database of the songs with its metadata and i don't
remember the last time that i rebuilt it, the problem could have been there for
quite long.

This may be a bug in jamboree. Does it work in totem or rhythmbox?

I can confirm this on my FreeBSD 5.3 laptop with the following versions:

gstreamer-0.8.9
jamboree-0.5
