If I run a wordpress blog somewhere like "www.mysite.com/blog/" I can't use
gnome-blog because for wordpress it forces the url to end with /wordpress/xmlrpc.php

Maybe we can relax this requirement and simply end with /xmlrpc ?

Here's the reasoning as to why Gnome-Blog is set-up as /wordpress/xmlrpc.php:

This bug has been duplicated a bunch of times, and might be worth setting up a
FAQ to address these questions.
