GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 162867
Strange gnome-schedule message marked for translation
Last modified: 2005-01-06 22:31:01 UTC
#: src/gnome-schedule.glade.h:3 msgid " >/dev/null 2>&1" What is this, and what are translators supposed to translate it to? Please provide a translator comment in case translators should translate it. If it shouldn't be translated, please *don't* mark it for translation.
This is also the case for this message: #: src/gnome-schedule.glade.h:14 msgid ":"
It looks like it's in the glade-file. How can we change any of the translating-related behaviours of glade-2? Please don't answer "by not using glade-2". It's not an option. And if it's the only way, this wont be fixed.
those two shouldn't be translated so it's a bug that you see them as translatable
The bug is in src/gnome-schedule.glade then. To fix this, set the translatable attribute to "no" for these entries in the mentioned Glade file.
Fixed with patch from http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=162847
