The initial qa contact wasn't set for bug-buddy bugs and that should be
fixed now (bug 138599).

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a bug via bug-buddy

Actual Results:
Not sure yet :)

Expected Results:
On this bug the qa contact should be set.

Every bug-buddy reported bug till this one.
