-Select :
 Desktop
 BugReport Tool
 Introduction
-Hit 'F7' (caret appears at start of text)
-Navigate through the lines using the up and down arrow keys
-Notice when you use the left or right arrow keys, the caret jumps back to the
start of the text. 

This bug affects Keyboard Navigation and Speech.

It looks like left and right arrow keys were only tested on the first line.
