Pics from a canon eos 300D digital cam are listed as JPG, preview visible, but
files can not be opend (time-bar is moving, however). Kwickshow displays the
pics. installation is SuSE 9.1, Desktop is KDE, gimp installed with the very
first OS-Install. Other jpgs cause no problms.

Next time, please check for duplicates before you report a problem. And you
should definitely update to GIMP 2.0.5.
