Description Santhosh Hiriyur Shankar 2004-10-18 04:39:17 UTC
Description of Problem:
Create Archive option not working for two diffrent items. I tried to make
archive for a folder and a ordinary file. Its not making the archive.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a folder and a sample.txt file
2. Select both folder and txt file and try to make archive
3. Its not making the archive, file-roller is not being invoked at all.

Actual Results:
No response. If only files or only directories are selected it will work fine.
I tried file-roller in command line by giving a directory and a file to archive,
it works fine. nautilus is not invoking file-roller on this particualr
combination of file-selection.

Expected Results:
Should create archive, will pop-up a window asking the name of archive.

How often does this happen?
continious

Thanks for your bug report. Unfortunately, you didn't give enough information to
fix the issue - I can't reproduce it on GNOME/Nautilus/File-Roller 2.8.
You may want to specify what GNOME/Nautilus/File-Roller version you are on.
Thanks for your efforts.
