This stack trace is not very useful. Could you try running nautilus under gdb,
and then reproduce the crash, and see if you get a better stack trace? More info
on this is available at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/getting-traces.cgi . Thanks.
Comment 2 Carl Waldbieser 2004-10-20 04:33:12 UTC
Created attachment 32812 [details]
I determined this is the file that caused the original crash.

After filling out the Bug-buddy form, later experimentation proved that this
file was the one causing nautilus to crash (pendule.svg).
Comment 3 Carl Waldbieser 2004-10-20 04:38:24 UTC
I couldn't figure out what type of attachment the file should be (I chose
application/octet stream). Downloading the attachment seems to create a file
called "attachment.cgi", but if you rename it back to "pendule.svg", it
appears to be the correct SVG file that is causing all the trouble.
Comment 4 Sebastien Bacher 2004-10-20 12:35:30 UTC
no problem here. Could you try with the new librsvg 2.8 package ?
Comment 5 Matthew Gatto 2004-10-20 13:43:35 UTC
yeah, while it crashed on 2.6 it seems to be fixed with latest 2.8.
Comment 6 Sebastien Bacher 2004-10-20 13:45:05 UTC

still happens with some files with 2.9 in fact, updating the bug details.

http://clipart.freedesktop.org/downloads/openclipart-0.08.tgz contains a dir
computer that crashes nautilus
