The bookmarks don't refresh when a filesystem holding some of them gets mounted.

To reproduce:

1) Mount an nfs volume
2) Bring up the save dialog. Create a bookmark of a folder that is on the
mounted  nfs volume
3) Close dialog; unmount volume
4) Bring up dialog; mount volume; notice the dialog updated the nfs volume, but
not the bookmarks
5) Try creating the same bookmark again; you get an error message stating the
bookmark already exists, but you cannot see or select it.
