Description Adrian Custer 2004-09-14 23:05:24 UTC
In the graph guru, the automatic setup of the background "fill" for the pattern
and gradient set both the foreground and the background colours to black. This
makes the pattern boxes totally black which seems wierd. If the "background"
colour was set automatically to white, the patterns would appear.

1) new gnumeric
2) click on the chart guru
3) click on the forward button
4) change the fill type to "pattern"
==> all three of the colour boxes are black
5) click on the down arrow next to the Pattern
==> all pattern boxes are black
6) change the background colour to any other colour
==> the colour boxes are not all black and in (5) the patterns are visible.

A similar situation is true in the gradient fill type.

Ideally, we would have an icon we could overlay on the colour boxes when the
automatic setting has been chosen.
