Copy Link Address should use both PRIMARY and CLIPBOARD

Selecting "Copy Link Address" from the context menu on a link, causes the link to be put in the CLIPBOARD rather than PRIMARY. This is inconsistent with evolution and others. And causes middle click on a browser window to not work.
Evo and others put them in both CLIPBOARD and PRIMARY. Changing summary to reflect this and confirming.
