Description Tim Wright 2004-08-25 23:21:12 UTC
Distribution: Fedora Core release 2 (Tettnang)
Package: rhythmbox
Severity: enhancement
Version: GNOME2.6. unspecified
Gnome-Distributor: Red Hat, Inc
Synopsis: Can not edit music file details
Bugzilla-Product: rhythmbox
Bugzilla-Component: Interface
Bugzilla-Version: unspecified
Description:

When I right-click on a song and choose properties, the properties (song
name, artist, album, genre, etc) are read-only - but the boxes they are
written look are standard text-edit boxes (I can place the cursor in teh
box, but not type).

I would love to be able to edit those fields to correct typos I made
when ripping a track. It'd be even better if rhythmbox could update the
ID tags in my Ogg files as well.

I'm using Fedora Core 2 and rhythmbox 0.8.3.
