Description of the crash:
While opening http://www.groklaw.net/pdf/IBM-231.pdf from Mozilla, gpdf
tried to alloc all memory (I guess, I killed it at >1GB).

After downloading and opening the file, gpdf crashes.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Use Mozilla/gpdf to access URL
2. Keep your 'killall gpdf' handy.

Expected Results:
No crash.

How often does this happen?
Twice in a row.

I get out-of-memory error with 0.131.
0.132, 2.7.90 and cvs HEAD are okay. Please update.

I'm pretty sure this was thumbnails-related.
