Description Emmanuel Pacaud 2004-08-18 15:33:28 UTC
Currently, sample graph in guru is displayed with a zoom set to 50%, and fills
all canvas space.

The attached patch is an attempt to keep the same aspect ratio for both edited
graph and sample graph in guru.

The idea is to have a second scale parameter, property of
gog_control_foo_canvas, that permits to set graph zoom without changing canvas
scale. That will also allow to zoom graph in gnumeric worksheet independently of
current canvas scale.

This patch needs work since:
- sample graph leaves dirt when resizing dialog
- marker/lines are not sized properly

Just to keep the record clear.	This is an interesting idea, but the patch
produces some undesireable side effects due to rendering issues. It is here in
case someone decides to work on this in the future
