Patch for gnome-media

This patch adds options and switches to the gnome-volume-control UI. It makes
the UI look ugly, btw, see
http://ronald.bitfreak.net/images/gnome-volume-control.png for a screenshot...
We might need a preferences screen to allow the user to hide some tracks and we
might also want some general UI love for gnome-volume-control.

Confirming as unique.

This has been applied before 2.7.92 and should thus make it in 2.8 final. Closing.

The options didn't make it, but nobody uses them anyway. ;).
