Description Greg 2004-07-13 11:25:28 UTC
Problem:
The scripts entry does not appear in the right-click context menu even though
valid and executable scripts are placed in the ~/.gnome2/nautilus-scripts/
directory.

Solution:
If the ~/.gnome/ directory is deleted the scripts appear as they should.

I have confirmed this on 2 installs, but on other installs the problem did not
happen, so I cannot give steps to reproduce.

Works for me on Debian SID

Could be that you were suffering of bug 142496
Comment 3 Greg 2004-07-14 22:23:44 UTC
I think this must be related to bug 142496 as I seem to remember asociating edit
with shell scripts so they could be edited that way.
