Description of Problem:
Month part of date string becomes the one for the previous month when
the date is dragged from the calender display.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click clock applet to display the calender for the month.
2. Drag the date to any location that accepts drag and drop.
3. Date string including the previous month is copied to the location.

Actual Results:
Previous month

Expected Results:
Current month

How often does this happen?
Always

Additional Information:
'Copy Date'  menu item works correctly.
