Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
Distribution: Gentoo Base System version 1.4.12 Package: nautilus Severity: normal Version: GNOME2.6.1 2.6.1 Gnome-Distributor: Gentoo Linux Synopsis: Nautilus crashes when attempting to open a new PDF inside gPDF Bugzilla-Product: nautilus Bugzilla-Component: general Bugzilla-Version: 2.6.1 BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.6.1.1) Description: Description of the crash: Nautilus will crash when attempting to open a new PDF insiide gPDF when gPDF is launched independently from Nautilus eg. from the command-line or via the GNOME menu. Steps to reproduce the crash: 1. Open a PDF in gPDF via the command line: gpdf filename.pdf 2. Click the Open button in gPDF. Expected Results: Nautilus crashes (and can't recover), and then gPDF crashes. gPDF should be giving me a file selector dialog instead. How often does this happen? Every time. Additional Information: I'm on x86_64; this might be a pointer size-mismatch issue. Debugging Information: Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/nautilus' (no debugging symbols found)...Using host libthread_db library "/lib/libthread_db.so.1". (no debugging symbols found)...
