I compiled GIMP with --enable-print=yes, so I think I don't use the system
libgimpprint.

Problem: In German locale, decimal separator is ','. If I print a Postscript
file, there's following statement

0,768 0,770 scale

on line 14 (A4, landscape). There should be a '.', of course. If I set
LC_NUMERIC to Postscript, it works.

This is long fixed in gimpprint, please update to 4.2.7.
