1. Listen to a radio stream, for example:
2. right click->properties
3. edit the genre field to an existing or to a non existing genre in the catalog

Expected Results:
Radio moved to an existing genre or, if the genre does not exist,
create
a new genre and add the new genre

How often does this happen?
it's unpredictable but happens with high probability
