Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download icon theme from art.gnome.org
2. Open the Theme Manager
3. Click Add Theme and choose the icons tar.gz

Actual Results:
Nothing seems to happen.
The icon pack is untarred under $HOME/.themes and
so it does not show in the themes chooser.

Expected Results:
The icons should go into $HOME/.icons
If you move the directory from .themes to .icons
the theme works as expected.


How often does this happen? 
Every time.

I can confirm this bug, on FC2 and FC Rawhide (05-06-04).. Please fix.
