Using gedit from JDS-Release_3 Build_12

-Launch gedit
-Open any file 
-Make a slight change, then Close the file (File -> Close)
-A dialog box pops up to confirm. This dialog box has no title.

Gedit Version:
Gnome gedit 2.5.92

According to the HIG such dialogs should not have a title, see bug #143688
(which is really similar) for the proper way of fixing it.

For the record, I reverted it from the gnome-2-6 branch since it breaks the
string freeze.
