1. Login as root
 2. Add Quick lounge applet to panel(Right click on panel ->Add to
panel->Utility->Quick Lounge)

Bug1: 
Observe that by default no launchers are added to quick lounge
applet.

Bug2:
 3. Try to add launchers from menu(Right click on Quick lounge applet
->properties)
 4. Properties window opens up.
 5. Click 'Add From menu' button and check any application from the list
of application.
 6. Observe that application is not added to the Launchers list in
Properties window.

Also, Try to create a New launcher from 'Add Launcher' window.Error
"Could not create the launcher.File not found" pops up.
