The problem occurs when "not" having any image-documents opened followed by 
pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del and (or) when going into/out of a locked windows screen. 

The end result is that Gimp exits when this debug message-window is closed.

Versions used: GTK+ 2.2.4 and Gimp 2.0.1 (i586 w. setup).  System was 
WindowsXP Pro.

Closing the console window always closes the application - regardless of the
message shown (Older windoze versions did ask if you reall want to).
