Provide optional empty cells in the report for row of totals. This allows to
export the report into "Tab Separated Values" using copy and paste.

I have a patch for that to gnucash-1.8.8, and the modified file appear not to
have changed in gnucash-1.8.9.

The patch will be attached in a moment.

All white spaces changes are removed as requested, although there may be one or
two places where these have to be adjusted.

I'll apply this.  I'm making a couple stylistic changes and one optimization
(cache the option instead of looking it up for every transaction while looping).

I'll test it a bit and then hopefully apply it.
