Description Hakon 2004-04-26 16:19:44 UTC
With the old file selector, you could rename and delete files.
This could be possible with file-chooser too, simply by adding a
Nautilus-style context menu with "Rename" and "Delete" items.
Even if someone would say such features do not belong to a file selector, at
least it would be useful if you just created a new directory and spelled the
name wrong. You shouldn't have to switch to another application just to correct
such a mistake.

Changing the name of the folder you just mis-spelled is a valid concern.
However, I'm going to mark this as a duplicate of the general WONTFIXed bug.
