icon-themes/Flat-Blue/scalable/emblems/emblem-new.svg contains a glyph from the
TrebuchetMS-Bold font, which is AFAIK not free.

emblem-new updated with free font. (svg)

This is a replacement using paths from the GPL URW Nimbus Sans font. It doesn't
do the odd quasi-shadow effect, though it was a rendering accident anyway and
probably wasn't visible until librsvg's text support improvements.
