GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 139866
Clicking on an ISO image in Nautilus should allow browsing its contents
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
I'm not sure where this is most appropriate, so I'll stick it here. Granted "Joe Average" probably doesnt even know what an iso image is, but the current the GNOME userbase would likely appreciate the ability to browse ISO images transparently. I'm thinking of something along the lines of the way you can browse archives with file-roller, except this would likely only need a loopback mount. Would this be gnome-vfs?
